The five bedrooms include two with king beds, two with queen beds and one room with a queen bed and one single. We also have a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

OLEANDER
Three bedrooms, Three full bathrooms.
Beachfront villa with an expansive deck features three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The three bedrooms include two bedrooms with one queen bed each, and one bedroom with two queen beds. The house is on one level, and each bedroom opens to the interior, as well as each one having sliding doors that open to the deck.

The calendar only contains entries for those weeks that are booked for either of the houses. For example, there could be dates that are highlighted showing “Pink House Bougainvillea Booked” which would mean that Pink House Oleander is open and vice versa. There could also be weeks where both houses are open (no entries exist) or where both houses are booked (two entries showing booked will exist for both houses on the calendar).

YOUR BOOKING DEPOSIT IS NONREFUNDABLE. ALSO, ONCE YOU PAY THE RENT BALANCE, THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID (LESS REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT) IS ALSO NONREFUNDABLE. THIS POLICY IS FIRM AS OUR GUESTS OFTEN BOOK TWELVE MONTHS OR GREATER IN ADVANCE AND WE DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO RE-RENT THE PROPERTY ON SHORT NOTICE. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND ALL OF OUR GUESTS PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE.
